Hello Eloi,

I'm writing this e-mail from Galicia. I go with my mum. The weather is beautiful, but I really like it here the food, I eat a lot of fish, and it is very good. The people are very friendly and in here I dream in my cousin’s house. We visit her because we past a lot of time to see their.

We've just arrived here. In the last few days we've seen the sea and a few mountains. It's very small and the parks are beautiful.
Tomorrow we're going to visit different towns. In Galicia you can relaxed and you can swim in a big sea.

I hope you're well, Eloi. I will write again soon.

love

~~La gRaLLa~~ :)

I don't know when this instrument started, but I know it
is only popular in Catalonia, because in
other places they don't play it,
but we go there to play and show how it sounds.

There aren't national or international competitions but there are a lot of exhibitions every weekend in different towns. The exhibitions started when a lot of towns began to parade their Giants, " Big heads", "long legs"...

My favorite band is very, very good, is "Companyia elèctrica dharma" and I like it because we play some of their songs. They don't participate in competitions but they go to play around the world. They have played in Memphis, the Desert of Mali, and Brazil... They like a lot of people, Catalans, Americans...

If you like "gralla" and you can play it, you need, a "inxa" which is a small Object of wood, a"tudell" which is a pipe of iron, and a long pipe of wood There are seven or eight holes in this. In the groups, we wear different uniforms; in my group we wear a yellow t-shirt and back trousers. On the pocket of our t-shirt there are logo and name of my group "Fal.lera Gironina!".

What happened? A big wave covered the towns.

What did people do? People helped the others, they went to other places

What happened to the environment? Everything was full of water anddestroyed houses and killed people

How did they clean up?People spent months cleaning the towns with trucks.

What did the government do? The government called

for international help around the world.

How much did it cost? Millions of dollars.

What must we do to make sure that it does not happen again?

We must install a device to warn about more “tsunamis”.

Survivor!

Last summer I was staying in Lanzarote with my mum. One day I was visiting the Timanfaia and the volcano started to erupt. We were on the summit and I felt fightened. Suddenly, I saw lava. I was very very frightened. There was a lot of noise the next moment there was panic. People were shouting and running.

Afterwards my mum and I were OK, It was a terrible experience, and when we arrived in the city the next hour, I felt lucky to be alive.
